Free UK Mainland Delivery

All items are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands). The price you see is the price you pay.

We also deliver to the Scottish Highlands and elsewhere in Europe but at a small additional cost per order based on weight. Contact us. .

Faulty or Damaged Items

We are confident of the quality of our products. Should you need to return a faulty item, please email me returns@proqul.com. You will be issued with a return code, this needs to be displayed prominently on the packaging.

A minimum 25% restocking fee plus VAT will be charged if:
o Items are found to have been used, misused or badly packaged on return.
o Items sent as faulty are found to be in working order.

Please ensure that any returned equipment is packed in either the original packaging, or if not available, other suitable packaging, and that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Items damaged in transit can be returned provided you have signed for the consignment as faulty. Please ensure items are suitably packed. Items delivered on a pallet will need to be palletized when collected. Return packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

Your opinion of our products and the overall shopping experience at Proqul.com are of paramount importance, and any complaints will be dealt with at the highest level.
